Minutes
Meeting Rotary Club of Sioux Palls, September 16th, at 8:00 P.M. in Cateract Grill Room.
Mr. A.E. Ayres, in the absence, of Mr. McKinney, was selected as Chairman pro-tern, of the meeting.
Mr. C.M. Day, of Committee on Constitution, reported, recommending the adoption of the Model Constitution recommended by the International association, and fixing the Charter Membership fee at $5.00, and annual dues at $10 00. Subsequent membership fee was fixed at $10.00. The report was adopted.
Mr. H.F. Brownell, of the committee on Permanent Organization, nominated the following officers, who were duly elected:

A. E. Ayres, Vice President.
C. H. Beattie, Secretary.
S. A. Christenson, Treasurer.
A. A. McDonald, Sergeant at Arms.

Mr. Day took the chair, and made a pretty speech of acceptance, outlining his ideas as to the policies the Rotary Club of Sioux Falls should follow.
The committee on Membership had requested the presence at this meeting of a number of gentlemen who were not present at the first meeting, and the following signed charter membership applications:
